First-Time Homebuyer’s Class – THDA
UT Extension Knox County offers homebuyer education classes to help you as you begin your home buying adventure. The classes are taught by Tennessee Housing Development Agency (THDA) certified trainers. Classes cover a broad range of topics including:

- Shopping for a Home
- Keeping Your Home
The Knox County Extension office is not currently offering THDA courses, but we plan to re-start them in the future. Please check back for updates.

NEFE High School Financial Planning Program
NEFE was created to educate high school students about sound money management skills & the financial planning process and help teens begin to develop positive behaviors that are necessary to attaining financial maturity and achieving a secure future.
