Welcome to the University of Tennessee Extension - Knox County.
We are here to serve the communities encompassed in the bounds of Knox County. We are in the business of providing education to the citizens on a variety of topics including: horticulture, family and consumer sciences, nutrition, 4-H youth development, agriculture, etc.
We are proud to be a part of Knox County. All of the information provided is research based and provided through the University of Tennessee Extension. The Knox County office is like all 95 county offices in Tennessee. We are cooperatively funded through county, state and federal monies.
We are located in Suite 560 of the City-County Building.
Directions: Take I-40 to Neyland Dr. or James White Parkway. If you take James White Parkway follow the signs to Neyland Drive. Next take Walnut St. to Hill Street turn right. Continue two blocks and take second left and park in the parking garage (Dwight Kessell Garage) on your immediate right. Walk back up Hill Street 1 1/2 blocks and enter the building. Our office is on the fifth floor of the building.
