>	TNCEP Contact: Clint Cummings The Tennessee Nutrition and Consumer Education Program (TNCEP) is designed to provide nutrition education to food stamp families in Tennessee. The University of Tennessee Extension is contracted with the Department of Human Services to provide this education and funding comes through the USDA Food Stamp Program.
